Alex, the Owner, and his partner, Alex, no relation, were right on time for their appointment, they both spent 1 hour and 15 minutes actively listening and asking questions related to more details on what was going on, they conducted checks Inside and outside of the property using handheld and digital equipment’s to determine why there is a sewer smell coming from the primary bath, especially when the sun goes down and or when it is cold and rainy outside. This service was done free of charge with a necessary follow-up appointment to be scheduled towards determining the cause of the issue that was not confirmed during today’s appointment.

Alex is fantastic and got in and got the drain cleaned quickly and also used a camera to make sure it was flowing great again. His team called me and said they had a cancelation and could come out a day sooner. I got a text when he was on his way. Great service and he and his helper even put shoe covers on their boots before entering our home. Thanks RooterMan Plumbers of San Diego !!!!!!

RooterMan provided information on a new water tank as my old one about 15 years old was no longer working. They replaced it the next day and even notified me of a potential problem with my propane tank regulator. I am very satisfied with the work.
