Company Details

Brockmire Plumbing Services INC, an S corporation registered in California, operates under the trade name RooterMan Plumbers of San Diego. Throughout this agreement, references to ‘RooterMan Plumbers of San Diego’ refer to Brockmire Plumbing Services INC, as doing business under this DBA. All services provided are conducted by Brockmire Plumbing Services INC.

  • Service Agreement: A service agreement may be required for certain plumbing services. Any additional work beyond the scope of the original agreement will be approved by you in writing.

Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, checks, and other authorized methods.
  • Payment Due: Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
  • Late Payment: Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges, as specified in the service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

  • Grant RooterMan Plumbers of San Diego access to your property and plumbing systems as needed for the performance of our services.
  • Ensure that all required permits or approvals for plumbing work are obtained, if necessary.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: You may cancel any scheduled plumbing services at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Refunds: Refunds for services are only issued in accordance with the applicable service agreement or if the work was not performed as agreed.

Limitations of Liability

  • RooterMan Plumbers of San Diego is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damages to your plumbing system that are outside of our scope of work.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or product provided.
